Terms of Service

SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMES

All stated shipping costs and delivery times refer to standard deliveries. The specified delivery times (as far as indicated) relate to an order before 12:00h noon. Orders placed from Friday noon to Sunday can only be processed on the following Monday. If you would like a faster delivery, please contact us at info[at]kulturquartier[dot]at or dial 0043 (0) 664 1318900 (Mon-Fri from 8 am to 12 noon CET). Express deliveries can only be delivered to a delivery address, but not to a post office box.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs for an order value below € 29.00 are € 3.60.
For orders over € 29.00 delivery to Austria and Germany is free of charge. For items that cannot be delivered free of charge due to their nature, you will find the necessary information on the product page under detailed information.

PAYMENT

We accept PayPal and all major credit cards. KQClub members can purchase on account.

RETURNS & LEGAL RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Withdrawal

If the customer is a consumer, he or she has the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which the customer or a third party named by him or her, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods.
In order to exercise the right of cancellation, the customer must inform us (Verena Lafferentz, KULTURQUARTIER, Spittelwiese 1 (Landstrasse 24), 4020 Linz, phone: 0043 (0) 664 1318900, email: info[at]kulturquartier[dot]at) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) about his decision to cancel this contract. In order to meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for the customer to send the communication regarding the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of cancellation

If the customer withdraws from this contract, we will have all the payments received, including the delivery costs (except for the additional costs that result from the customer making a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery we offer have chosen) to repay immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of the cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that the customer used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; under no circumstances will the customer be charged for this repayment.
We can refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until proof is provided by the customer that the goods have been returned, whichever is the earlier. The customer must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which he informed us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if the customer sends the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
We bear the cost of returning the goods. The customer only has to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that is not necessary for checking the quality, properties and functionality of the goods.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer, delivery of sealed goods that are for reasons of health protection or hygiene are not suitable for return if their seal has been removed after delivery, delivery of sound or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal has been removed after delivery, delivery of newspapers, magazines or magazines with the exception of subscription Contracts.
If you return a gift, you will receive a KULTURQUARTIER voucher in the amount of the returned value of the goods, which can be redeemed in the KULTURQUARTIER shop within one year.

Returns of goods by post

Please indicate the reasons for the return of the goods. Furthermore, please let us know whether you would like an exchange of the goods, a refund of the goods value, or a voucher for the goods value.
